The terms screenshots do not specify the number of SCoins awarded for that ₹250 promotion. Confirm the exact benefit, qualifying transaction requirements and redemption options in your app before relying on it.
I would also avoid assuming that every applicant receives the same welcome offer. Use the offer displayed during your own application as the reference.
SCoins Value: Rewards Are Not the Same as Cashback
City Union Bank’s published Level UP rewards document states that 5 SCoins equal ₹1. Accordingly, 1,250 SCoins have a stated value of ₹250.
The same conversion helps explain the promotional percentages:

When Are SalarySe Referral Rewards Credited?
The terms shown in my app distinguish two timelines:
- Base referral rewards: Within 7 working days after successful completion of the referral steps.
- Campaign milestone rewards: Within 7 working days after the campaign’s last day, for eligible users.
These timelines have different starting points. Completing a referral today does not mean a monthly milestone reward becomes payable today.
If a reward appears delayed, check the completion date, the reward type and the relevant working-day window before contacting support.
October 2026 Campaign: A Temporary Offer
This section applies only to the campaign running from 1–31 October 2026.
The campaign terms shown in my app advertise one iPhone 18 Pro (256GB) after 30 successful referrals during the campaign period, subject to verification and compliance with the terms. The colour depends on availability.
The campaign also specifies that:
- Only successful referrals completed during the campaign period count towards milestones.
- Only the highest applicable campaign milestone reward applies.
- Milestone rewards are not cumulative.
The 30-day referral completion window does not extend the October campaign deadline. For example, a referral completed in November would fall outside the displayed October milestone period.
SalarySe’s campaigns change monthly. Check the current Refer & Earn page instead of assuming the October iPhone offer continues.
What I Would Check Before Sharing a SalarySe Referral Code
When I compared the share message with the detailed referral screens, the most useful information was in the conditions: card issuance, the required transaction channel and separate reward timelines.
Before sharing your own link, check:
